GLONASS-K1 Satellite Launched Nov. 30

News courtesy of CANSPACE Listserv. The second of two GLONASS-K1 satellites was launched from the snowy Plesetsk Cosmodrome on November 30 at 21:52 UTC. It joins the first GLONASS-K1 satellite launched on February 26, 2011. Orbit of One Wayward Galileo Satellite Raised

The orbit of one of the two Galileo satellites launched into incorrect orbits on August 22 is being adjusted. Tracking data supplied by the North American Aerospace Defense Command (NORAD) and the U.S. Joint Space Operations Center (JSpOC) has confirmed the change. Drone Prohibition: NTSB Rules Favorably on FAA Appeal
