The launch of a GLONASS-M navigation satellite took place on Sept. 22, reports the ISS Reshetnev website. The launch of GLONASS-M spacecraft No. 52 was carried out from the Plesetsk launch site by a Soyuz-2 carrier rocket and a Fregat upper stage.
