Septentrio launches AsteRx SB compact, ruggedized GNSS receiver

GNSS receiver manufacturer Septentrio is introducing its AsteRx SB at two industry shows: Expomin in Santiago, Chile (April 23-27), and Intermat in Paris, France. According to the company, the AsteRx SB delivers Septentrio’s quad-constellation real-time kinematic (RTK) positioning in a low-power, IP68 compliant housing. Boeing won’t bid on GPS III Follow On contract

Boeing has decided to not submit a proposal to build up to 22 GPS III satellites for the U.S. Air Force.
